1. Who we are

The Services are provided by Chestnut Communities Limited (“Chestnut Communities”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company incorporated in New Zealand. When we refer to “you” or “your” we mean the person or organisation accessing the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the Services is limited to the amount (if any) you paid us to use the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chestnut Communities, our directors, employees, and partners from any claim or demand (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services or your breach of these terms.

9. Ending or suspending access

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe that you have breached these terms or if it is necessary to protect the security, integrity, or reputation of the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.
